THE WARRANTY

1) First year workmanship and materials and major structural defects.

2) The warranty takes effect when you take possession of your new home. Within the first year of occupancy any defects that apparent relating to workmanship and materials are warranted by Limetwig Homes.

3) For the next four years the National Home Warranty Program covers repairs relating to major structural defects. These defects are defined by NHW as defects that affect the load bearing components of your home.
